AarrgGG!! Insomnia again!!

HELP!!! duno y i in sch or at where always sleepy... but when its time to sleep.. alwys can't sleep! ARRRRGGGG! SIAN!!how!? anyone can help? got any tips on how to sleep naturally?? its 3:51am liao!! bleah!!2more days to sch reopen! and im still not sleeping even at 4am! arr

More sleep required too.. Zzzz. Hmmm.. i can sleep cos i veri tired.. so try to do things that u think will make ur eyes tired.. for eg. play games?

nowadays no mood play games... games getting more and more sian... bahhh
like now hor.. 3pm lidat i woke up 2hours ago.. now im tired liao.. super weird lah.. then even if i din sleep now..12mn i wont be tired one lor.. so weird.. i think im nocturnal -.-'

Mmm...

You might want to try meditation. For the inexperienced, the first few attempts of meditation might make you fall asleep.

Sit crossed on your bed(or lie down), comfortably, close your eyes and clear your minds. Thoughts might come about, but don't worry about them. Don't bother about them, just let time flow through. Concentrate on your breathing.

Meditation is s'pose to increase your focus and concentration. So even if if doesn't make you sleep nor cure your insomnia, it will improve your day-time energy for you to work.

Just, sit or lie down, close your eyes, breathe in and out slowly and concentrate on it. Beginners style. As for feeling the Force, you can be spared of that because you don't have to.

May the Force be with you...

haha...slipper, i suggest dat u dun wake up so late lar. if u slp at 3 am, u will usually wake up lyk 12 noon rite? well, try waking up at lyk 7 8+...den dun take afternoon nap...haha...i tink haven 11 pm u wanna slp le...cos i oso lyk dat lar...gt experience ;)...tell me if it works okai?

hahaha... this is so weird... always have no difficulty sleeping except at night... in e afternoon... lie on bed.. no nid 1min sleep liao.. at night lie on bed.. 1hour later still awake..perhaps i will try e methods u ppl suggest.. and will tell which is best.. haha

May, the sentence is not weird at all. Because the first few attempts of meditation makes the inexperience fall asleep, and that's why I'm asking ZW to try and see if it can cure his insomnia. he2 qi2 zhi1 you3?
